Hi I am new to this forum and thought I'll have an solution for my problem here.

my iphone new boot rom 3gs doesn't startup after I restored it through itunes:(:(:( The restoring was successful and itunes popped up a message saying 'your iphone restored and please do not disconnect it, itunes will detect your phone after the restart' or a message somthing like that. after the message itunes detect the iphone again in recovery mode and advices to restore :confused::confused: . the phone doesn't boot up at all and there is nothing on the screen (is in the DFU mode I guess).

the firmware I used was a custom 4.2.1 created through snowbreeze.

Condition of the iphone before the restore
ios 4.2.1 unlocked
tethered Jailbrake
baseband 06.15.00 (ipad baseband)

reason for the restore: expecting an untethered jailbreak whil preserving the baseband.

Please help me to sort out this problem :confused::confused: :(:(
