I have an unjailbroken, up to date 3GS that freaked out a few days ago and said this phone cannot make or receive any calls, connect to iTunes to restore.
Upon doing so I get error (1) while the phone shows roughly 75% progress. I've tried it on various machines, my Mac on ML, my Boot Camp partition, another Mac running consumer Lion, and a Windows machine. No change. I've tried DFU mode. No change.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
