iPhone 3Gs - Faulty LCD Screen - White Lines

As the titel says guys, my iPhone 3gs has a dodgey LCD Screen, appears to have (for no apparent reason) lots of white lines, this is an intermittent fault and is not a software problem.
I've bought a new screen from eBay, just replaced it but have the same problem

Any suggestions or is my phone destined for the skip?

Take it into the Apple store to have them look at it. Not sure if they'll help since you bought a new screen off ebay but it's worth a try.

Probably just an issue with the logic board. Unfortunately, buying a logic board isn't as simple as buying a new LCD. They are very expensive. You're better off upgrading to a new phone or getting one from Craigslist.
