As the titel says guys, my iPhone 3gs has a dodgey LCD Screen, appears to have (for no apparent reason) lots of white lines, this is an intermittent fault and is not a software problem.
I've bought a new screen from eBay, just replaced it but have the same problem :(

Any suggestions or is my phone destined for the skip? :(

Take it into the Apple store to have them look at it. Not sure if they'll help since you bought a new screen off ebay but it's worth a try.

Probably just an issue with the logic board. Unfortunately, buying a logic board isn't as simple as buying a new LCD. They are very expensive. You're better off upgrading to a new phone or getting one from Craigslist.
