Hi everyone!

I bought a used iPhone 3GS recently and the buyer said it cannot be switched on. I though it could have been software failure, but I already tried DFU mode and it did nothing. Then I tried to disassemble the iPhone and I found out that the FPC connector (number 3) is almost missing.

What I am asking. Could the iPhone be somehow switched on without any help of an Apple technician?
