iPhone 3GS getting very warm with iOS 4

Anyone notice this? It's getting really warm doing simple web browsing and settings, etc. (no games). It never got warm doing that kind of stuff before.

Mine's been doing this too... noticed it shortly after I upgraded and even more so once I was on a call.

I'm noticing the same thing with my 3GS. It has never been this warm before.

My 3GS is also getting very warm since iOS 4 update, also have had a few games freezing up, had to do hard reboot 3 times already. Thinking of doing a fresh install and setting up as a new phone to see if that helps.
