iPhone 3GS hardware problem?

Hey all!
I got my iPhone 3GS 32GB 2 months ago I think, since I got it, I having problems with the earphones, every time that i'm moving the headphones jack, the volume keep going extremely down or up, it's not a problem with the headphones itself, I checked with a few pairs,
does anyone familiar with the problem?
