Hi all,

I recently brought my first iPhone, yay! Its a White 16gb 3GS, its really awesome.

But, when i'm using it, the back is heating up alot, like its almost uncomfortable to use. IS this a common issue? Do Apple have a re-call for it or anything?

What should i do?

Simon

When I had an iPhone 3GS, I never felt like it had gotten uncomfortably hot.

May I ask why you bought an iPhone 3GS, when a new iPhone is just around the corner (which also means that the iPhone 4, which is much better than the iPhone 3GS, will become cheaper (presumably the same price as the iPhone 3GS costs right now))?

Try turning off the device for a couple of hours then turn it back on. Though it shouldn't be uncomfortable, I would go to the Apple store and see what they say about it, maybe they can give you a new one.
