I have a iphone 3gs and i have upgraded it to 4.3.5 firmware and it have ipad baseband. 06.15, and now it stuck in itunes. Is there a way to get it work again?

On 4.3.5 no. Make a custom 4.1 firmware and restore back to that. Apple is still signing 4.1 for the 3GS (for some odd reason).
