iPhone 3GS iOS 4.2.1 with BB 6.15 upgrade to iOS 5?

I've been out of this whole jailbreaking and unlocking thing for a while so I don't wuite remember how to do it. Can I upgrade my jailbroken and unlocked 3GS with iOS 4.2.1 and Baseband 6.15 to iOS 5? Can anyone tell me which of the 3o million guides and how'tos i need to follow?

Redn0w gives an untethered jailbreak on 5.1 for old bootrom 3GS, tethered for new bootrom 3GS

But, if you unlock, Ultrasn0w does not yet work on 5.1 firmware.
