What settings are you using ? My 3GS usually needs charging part way through the day or it dies about 4pm (from a 630 start) bluetooth is always off.

Mine easily goes 16 hours (from 6am until 10pm) without going under 20% remaining. 3GS, 4.3. It did seem like the battery life SUCKED when I first upgraded to 4.3. After a couple of times letting the battery run down and leaving it on the charger all night... all is good with the world.

Email is push. Probably only 20 emails per day.
The only notifications I have on are from weather.com for severe weather. I only get maybe 2 a month.
Location is OFF for all apps except maps and weather.
BT always on. But I'm not using it lately. I should probably turn it off now that I think about it.
30-60 minutes of talk per day.
Data mostly on wifi. Probably 10 of the 16 hours.

I would imagine your 3G is turned off as well?
