iPhone 3gs iOs 5.1.1 baseband 6.15.00 unlock

I have restored & update to the newest ios on my 3gs but now i cant unlock it, i already jailbroken it & hace cydia. i tried to use Ulrasn0w 1.2.7 it didnt work niether did the fixer. someone seriously help me i havent been able to use my phone since march im dying D: i have tmobile and my phone was byilt in 2009 37 week *937

The latest version of redsn0w downgrades the baseband on the 3GS from 06.15.00 back to 05.13.04. Try uninstalling ultrasn0w, doing the baseband downgrade, and then try ultrasn0w again. It may work. More info about the latest redsn0w here

ive down no downgrade and do i HAVE to? after the jailbreak it said 6.15

You don't necessarily have to downgrade, however it makes things easier as GPS will work and you can use normal IPSWs in the future instead of going through the hassle of making a custom one without a baseband.

Using ultrasn0w, just as you were. I'm not sure why it didn't work before, and that's why I was suggesting the downgrade.
