Ive got ios5 and its jailbroken.

literally ever 2-5 minutes it'll completely crash and ill have to re-boot/jailbreak from my computer again.

so so so annoying. how can i fix it?

No, they aren't. If they were, Apple wouldn't have closed the ecosystem to begin with.

You can try to rationalize, but many problems are caused by jailbreaking.

Ummm .. no they don't ..

Maybe you can figure things out by yourself now you feel able to jailbreak each iPhone on the universe.
Maybe you can delay the crashing into 2mins. 10secs after jailbreak it using your special super advanced hacking method :rolleyes: ...

you should try downgrading to ios4 or something
ios5 is for the iphone 4s which has additional ram to run smoothly, its obviously not gonna run smoothly on a 3gs
 
I would say your first problem is the jailbreak software. Try using the standard software and see if it crashes.

Thats totally false. My 3GS ran just fine before I upgraded. The battery in my 3GS was even better than my current 4S.
 
I found the jailbreak on iOS 5 REALLY unstable. It tremendously slowed down my device (even with no tweaks installed) and made lots of apps crash and respringed/rebooted itself occasionally.
