I have a weird problem. My iPhone 3GS isn't recognized by the computer and when it is plugged in at all. Doesn't show up on the Device Manager. I tried other computers of course. Nothing happens when I plug it in. I have tried multiple usb cords. iPhone will charge with the bolt sign when I plug it in the wall plug. After I turn the iPhone off and plug it in the computer it will turn it on but it will do nothing after it turns on. I have replaced the charge port assembly twice thinking that may be the problem. Still the same problem. I have reset it on the iPhone. (Stinks since I can't even use it now since it can't be activated without syncing to iTunes.) I have put it in both restore (usb plug sign) and recovery mode (blank screen), but it still won't be recognized. Anyone have any idea what it can be? Apart from it not being recognized by the computer (not just itunes) everything seem to work fine.

Only thing I haven't tried was this site which claim the issue is a fuse(?) on the mainboard. Here is the site. Has any one had this issue or try the fix with the fuse. I found it on youtube but they disable the comment so I couldn't get feedback. Please help~
