Hi all new here
so After about 6 hrs on the net I am going to tear my hair out ....
I got an iphone of my brother ( he upgraded ) and I have not a clue what I am doing anyway I put in my card and connected to itunes and it told me that my sim card did not support the phone. I check around and tried a load of different tips but still it wont work. The phone was on the o2 network in england and I am on the vodafone network in Ireland. I have done the jailbreak things and they did not work all that is up on the screen of the phone is a cable and the itunes logo
Before I go insane is it just as simple as going into vodafone and ugrading my sim card or is that a waste of time
Please please help :)

hi again just found out ( tried another jailbreak thing that the phone is an iphone 3g 4.1 have no idea what that means but thought it might be useful info :)
