Iphone 3gs Jail Broken, Unlocked and now Factory Unlocked, do I have to down grade Ipad Base band 6.15.0 before I can plug in for unlock or just use the Itunes upgrade. Will Itunes upgrade and sort out base band.

No. If you try to restore or update it with iTunes you will get stuck.
Use redsnow to downgrade the baseband first.
Then you can restore or update any time you want.
