My iphone was running on 4.3.3. I had no idea you couldn't JB with anything else, so I stupidly upgraded to 4.3.5. Question- when it was backing up my phone, was it backing up the phone at 4.3.3? In other words, can I restore through iTunes and go back to 4.3.3?

I'm going to guess you have no saved SHSH Blobs if you just went (huh what are blobs) you don't hence you can not downgrade. sorry if you did you need tiny umbrella and tutorials on Iclarfied.com
