Hello,

I have been having a problem with my iPhone 3GS recently. The loud speaker stopped working one day, so I bought a replacement speaker, and stuck my dock, mic etc assembly to it, connected points, and connected back to logic board. But this didnt work, so I bought a full preassembled loud speaker, dock, mic assembly and this still didnt work?

I have used iOS 5.1 and 4.1 and still doesnt seem to want to work. Ive played with the headphones, and when I take them back out it goes back to ringer so not that issue. The mute button is not stuck on, the volume keys arent jammed, and it isnt turned down in settings. Its all sounds, unlock clicks, typing, music etc.

It all points to the logic board, but the socket still looks fine and the mic, dock are working as usual?

Any ideas?

Nick
