Iphone 3GS not turining on

I have Iphone 3GS. I have build custom 4.3.3 firmware using Pwnage tool 4.3.3, then I restored it from iTunes successfully. Later when I tried to turn on the iphone, there is no response. I don't even see apple logo. iPhone is not even appearing under devices in iTunes when I connected to macbook.
Could anyone please help me what to do?
