Alright I upgraded my iphone to the newest 6.1.2 and there is a untether jailbreak for it but when I use redsn0w I get an error that says that 6.1.2 Ipsw is not supported by _0.9.15b3 redsn0w. I got the newest version of redsn0w. How else can I jailbreak my iphone?

Redsnow currently doesn't support the untethered 6.1.2 JB.
You need to download Evasi0n like TJ said above.

Alright I will try and make myself clear and simple. I need to jailbreak and unlock my iphone and I am currently on 6.1.2 and redsn0w will not work for the ipsw and evasion only works on activated iphones. So does anyone know on what I can use to jailbreak my iphone without using an original sims card.
Alright I manged to jailbreak my Iphone 3gs on 6.1.2 firmware using snowbreeze but before I tried upgrading my iphone ipad baseband and know I have no wifi, no bluetooth and no modem firmware. Now I have install ipad baseband AGAIN on the damned iphone. How do I downgrade my Iphone 3gs old boot rom from 6.1.2 to 6.1?
You wil need shsh blobs for that device for 6.1
You're sure that 3GS is compatible with the iPad bb right?
If not you can ruin the phone.

While redsn0w doesn't support 6.1.2, 6.1.2 can be jailbroken with redsn0w if the user selects the 6.0.0 IPSW. Not only is the redsn0w untethered jailbreak more stable, the phone starts up much quicker than an Evasi0n jailbroken device. Plus you get other goodies like verbose boot and real boot logos.

The OP might not know exactly what he has.
It would be a tethered jailbreak. redsn0w would detect the bootrom and apply the correct jailbreak. Once jailbroken via redsn0w's tethered jailbreak, one can install the Evasi0n jailbreak from Cydia to make it untethered.

This is what I did. : incase anyone else gets stuck on this problem.
First: I made a clean restore on the IOS 6.1.2
Second: I used redsn0w_0.9.15b3 for the jailbreak
Third: I used the IPSW 6.0.0 becuase 6.1.2 is not supported by this version of redsn0w
Fourth: I installed cydia and the Ipad baseband
AND BINGO wifi was back and everything else was back to normal and I got a untetherd iphone 3gs, fully jailbroken and unlocked.
