Iphone 3GS OS 4.0, erased all apps by itself

This morning, I found in my jailbroke Iphone 3GS OS4.0 basically all apps erased. There were left a couple that require a jailbreak Iphone, but all the apps from the Itunes store were gone! It's kind of odd because it's the 1 of the month. Has any body else seen this problem?
