i have just restored my iphone 3GS to IOS 4.3 beta. And i found the settings for Personal Hotspot for iphone 3GS, but it only works over Wifi and bluetooth, but i looks like you can connect more than one device over bluetooth.

I haven't seen anyone talk about it for iphone 3GS.

or maybe i have just been sleeping;)

It's carrier-dependent

It's true there hasn't been that much movement about the 3GS. You haven't been sleeping Antoni :)

I was disappointed because it didn't work on my 3GS. I thought originally that it worked only on the Iphone 4, but when I saw this post it made me wonder. So I went to check, and it still didn't work. But I tried with three different SIMs from three carriers (all in Spain) and one of them worked.

So if it doesn't work for you, it may be because your particular carrier doesn't want you to.

P.S. My 3GS has its UDID registered, of course.
