Hi,
I just have a problem, and I was wondering if you guys can help me.
I have recently used redsnow to jailbreak my iPhone 3gs.
I installed cydia and iPad baseband to unlock the phone.
Cydia was not working so I attempted to restore my iPhone using iTunes, but since i have iPad baseband (05.16.00) I get error 1015, 1600 and 21.
I have no clue what to do. I don't care about losing data or anything I just want my phone to work again.
It's stuck on the connect to itunes screen and i have tried the following to fix it.
-Attempted to re-jailbreak it, but after a few minutes with the pineapple logo on the screen, it goes back to the apple and then the connect to itunes screen.
-Attempted to restore on itunes using custom firmware that i downloaded, but i get either Error 21 or 1600 depending on if its in recovery or DFU mode.
-Even tried to use programs like tinyumbrella
In addition, it is not showing anymore the connect to itunes screen, because the battery is dead, and it does not charge anymore.
The battery was perfectly fine until I decided to restore it.
Is there anyway to charge the battery and fix this as well???
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

You can't do a standard restore of an iPad bb phone. Did you not bother to read up on the iPad bb?
Create a custom 4.3.3 firmware with pwnage or snowbreeze. Install with iTunes.
You better have the blob for 4.3.3 and run TU's server, otherwise you have an expensive paperweight.

Plug your phone into the wall and charge overnight. If you have a problem battery, you'll have to replace the battery.

oh okay.
How do I create a custom firmware on a WIN?

Also, what is the blob for 4.3.3?

Okay,
I tried using a custom firmware, and still isn't working.
The firmware I used was 4.3.3.
Also,
I'm trying another method,
and I keep getting the connect to itunes now. Which means there was nothing wrong with the battery. And im using redsn0w, if it means anything.
Is there any other method I can use to fix this?
Thanks a bunch!

You obviously don't have the blob for 4.3.3. You can't install without the blob. You're stuck.

You never answered my question. What firmware were you on before your phone was unusable?

By connect to iTunes, do you mean recovery mode where it's just an image of iTunes and a USB cord, or is it the SIM activation screen where you have the ability to place emergency calls?

Before and after was always 4.3.3. Before it was jailbroken and after it was jailbroken the firmware was always 4.3.3.
And i mean the recovery mode where it's just an image of iTunes and a USB cord. That;s where I am stuck. Its the recovery mode loop.

okay! I fixed this!!!! Im so HAPPYY!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP!!!!
I do have another question.
How do I change the modem firmware from 05.16.00 to the original iphone 3gs baseband????

Basebands cannot be downgraded on an iPhone 3Gs.
