:apple: iPhone 3GS 16GB New Bootrom, Never Jailbroken :apple:

My iPhone 3GS has been making me very mad lately,

First, It says I have no Sim Installed. Next, It won't restore (I eventually got it)

Now, Don't even get me started about the AT&T Signal,

I know this may be a problem in iOS4 but the randomly rebooting is another story.

I will use the device for lets say 3 mintues, And then what??? I see the :apple: logo, The phone seems to just restart every 3-4 maybe 5 minutes.

And It does this in little spirts EVERY day!

I don't now if I should take it to the :apple: Store and see what they can do, or Wait for a software update. My iPhone is virtually un-useable

Did you try doing a restore thru itunes yet and setup as new phone?
It might be a software issue.
If not it might be a hardware problem and you might need to visit Apple.

Yes, But before the restore the only problem I had was the Sim, This rebooting was just out of the blue!

Try another restore and see if that helps.
Sounds to me like there's something wrong with the phone though. You might have to get it swapped.

Ok, I will try that, But one thing, (because you are a MacRumors Demi-God)

If I go to Apple will they repair it or swap it??? I am curious!
