iPhone 3GS Restore: 1600, 1601 and 2001

I need help restoring a 3GS. I keep getting error 1600, 1601 and 2001. I bought it off a person who said it was stuck on the Apple screen and figured I could just fix it and re-sell it. Anyway I tried a custom 4.3.2 ipsw and stock 4.3.2 and it won't restore. It gives me either of the three errors and goes back to the iTunes/USB screen.

I'm on OS X 10.6.6, iTunes 10.2.2
