iPhone 3GS Restore to factory defaults to 4.1 help.

I am selling my iPhone 3GS and the person wants the iPhone to be factory defaults with 4.1 not 4.2.1. Currently my iPhone is jailbroken and I have saved my shsh awhile back with Tiny Umbrella. Can someone please walk me through the steps to restore this to factory 4.1 without upgrading to 4.1.2?

I believe Apple is still signing 4.1 so I downgrade is as easy as downloading 4.1 and restoring down to it. Can someone back me up on that?

I just read on another forum that apple stopped signing 4.1 firmwares.
Can I just hit "Restore" then without updating?
