iPhone 3gs ringtone trouble

Ok, so I bought a ringtone( or a song) ON my iPhone, I went to settings>sounds>ringtone>Buy more tones.
I bought " times are a changin by Bob dylan" and I do not have any idea how I get it as my ringtone for calls and texts,

EDIT: Also, when I go to my song, the word " Downloaded" isnt blue, like a gray.. if so how do I download it? Since it is already in my purchased file on Iphone..
