Hello Apple community,
I'm searching now for a solution for hours now and still don't find a good solution. Well first of all my problem. I bought a used iPhone 3GS 32GB last week and the phone seems to be fine, because it has no scratches and is very clean (the vendor told my, it was exchanged by Apple care in August 2010 and then he used it just for a few month and then bought the iPhone 4). I could believe him, because next to the original packaging he also had the original exchange packaging from Apple. Well now the problem is, that the screen sometimes freezes and isn't responsible except all buttons, which are. I have to click the standby button and then it works fine again, for a while and then the same problem starts again. But if I do a soft resen (Home+Powerbutton), the problem is solved for like 1-2 days and then it starts again. I already upgraded the software and did a restore, but nothing helped :( Hopefully it is not a digitizer problem :/ But the biggest problem is, it has no more warranty, so I'm sure I will pay much money for that to make Apple repair it, if Apple wants to repair it. I'm sure they would give a new one for much money. Atm I'm waiting for the iPhone 5, but up to the release the screen freeze problem would be really annoying for me  Maybe someone of you guys has a solution for me... Thanks!
