iphone 3gs - selling - wipe advice

I am selling my iphone 3gs. Can someone give me instructions on what i should do before i sell it? How to irreversibly wipe it? Is there a sim card for me to take out? Anything else I should know?

SETTINGS > GENERAL > RESET > Erase All Content and Settings

That'll do it. Then take out the sim card and keep it for your next phone. (Or, if you don't need it just throw it away.)
