Anyone else notice that the sensors by the earpiece are alot more visible than they were on the previous 3G? You can see them easily on a sunny day, and my cousin was next to me with his regular 3G (in the same light) and you couldn't not see them. I have even noticed that you can see the three of them even in normal florescent lighting sometimes.

Why is this? I know they put a coating on the glass, but did they also thin it or something?

I bet that the iPhone 3GS is new, so you can easily peek into the headphone jack. However, the iPhone 3G headphone jack may have been covered with dust.

i'm saying you can see them from the front of the glass, i'm not looking through any headphone jack, you can easily see them under most light.

Look just to the left of the earpiece part of the phone on the front face of it (where you put your ear to listen to a call)

Looks like this I believe, can't see it right now...
