Iphone 3GS slow on wake up after 4.1 update

I have just used the latest pwnage tool and update my Iphone 3gs to iOS 4.1 successfully. The strange problem is that now sometime on wake up the phone responds slowly. Like its stuck but then runs fine. Only initially it seems stuck. Any fix for this? Thanks.
