Hi there :)

First, let me show you some info about my iPhone:

My iPhone was Jailbroken and unlocked on 4.2.1 (If I remember correctly). I then decided to upgrade it to iOS 5.0.1 with Redsnow. This is where I **** it all up. I simply downloaded the IPSW for my iPhone and Jailbroke it with Redsnow.

This somehow "worked", however I had to go through this fancy new registration/activation where it asks for langauge, country and sets up WI-FI. I did all this, but when I come to activating it just tells me it couldn't connect to the Apple servers or something.

Oh well, so I decide to downgrade it again... But I get the exact same problem. I get the iTunes recovery image and a slider for emergency calls.

I tried numerous of "fixes", but nothing worked and now I stuck on iOS 4.1 and no matter what I do I can't downgrade or upgrade :/

I hope someone can help, as I do not have the finances to just go buy a new phone :/

Best regards

edit: Right now, I have the phone in simple recovery mode, without the slider.
