It will. You may have to try it more than once.

Hmm, after I let go of the power button and press the home button for 10 seconds, it says the battery is low? And then displays the Apple logo again? :S

Are you sure you're putting it in DFU mode properly?

Yeah, I'm 100% sure. It's saying the battery is low? Which it isn't.
