iPhone 3GS Tethering with 3.1.3

Hey guys i have a 3GS JB with spirit and unlocked with ultrasn0w.

What is the best way to activate the tethering slider under network without using MyWi.

Spend the $10, it is a bargain. I had 3.1.2 and could tether copying over a hacked file, it wasn't worth the hassle. I just spent the $10.

its not about spending the 10 dollars, i dont want the app, i just want to have it native. sinful iphone repo has what i need but its only for 3.1.2. Im looking for something similar to what the sinful iphone repo hack does for 3.1.3
