iPhone 3GS to 4

I bought a new iPhone 4 off eBay and now kneed to know how to switch it to my number since I can't switch sims.

I believe somewhere on Apples website that if you order the new phone from them, your number is automatically transferred from a backup of your old phone.

You can take it into an AT&T store and they should be able to solve everything for you.

If that's not an option then if the phone wad inactivated (i.e. Showing the connect to iTunes screen) then you should be able to plug it into iTunes and activate it that way. iTunes should walk you through every step.
