Iphone 3GS - to contract!

Hello Guys,

I currently live outside of the US and I cannot buy a iPhone 3GS easily here. However, colleagues of mine regularly visit Baku from the US. I want a nice easy way to buy a fully functional, unlocked iPhone from the US and for them to bring over to me so I can use it here.

If possible, I would like to be able to pay on my cc, have it delivered to one of their houses (in the US). Then all they have to do is bring the box with them next trip.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The iPhone from the US is not sold unlocked from AT&T or Apple, you need one from France or Germany.
