Iphone 3gs unlcoked help..

I have a iphone 3gs 8gig, and i jailbreaked it and upgrade to ipad baseband. Today i try to erase the iphone, but it won't load. So i try to restore the iphone, but after it restore it stuck in DFU mode. After it restore, the screen is black. Please help
