Hi, I just got an iphone 3GS from AT&T and I saw in a few threads that this version of the bootloader in combination with the baseband, make the phone not unlock-able.

Is there anyone who had success unlocking their iphone with the above specs?

The phone came with 4.2.1 software, and I have saved my SHSH with Tinyumbrella.

Have only tried limera1n so far, but no luck.

Attaching info from f0recast.

Thanks a lot!

That's the baseband that comes with 4.2.1
You cannot unlock it currently unless you decide to JB and install the ipad BB.
Then you could unlock with ultrasnow but you'll lose your GPS function and wont be able to restore to official firmware.
Your choice.
