iPhone 3GS Unlocked with 05.13.04 Price

Apple replaced my iPhone 3GS with a brand new one a month ago due to a faulty WiFi chipset. As a developer I have 4.0 GM with baseband 05.13.04. I've been reading many of the iPhone Hacker Developer blogs and it appears they have already jailbroken AND unlocked 4.0 with baseband 05.13.04.

Once this official jailbreak/unlock is released, what do you think a new iPhone 3GS unlocked with 4.0 may sell for online, etc.? I'm curious as I sold my 3G jailbroken/unlocked for ~$250 when the 3GS was released. I'm assuming an unlocked 3GS with 4.0 would go for a good penny. Thanks!

Most eBay auctions I've seen for jailbroken/unlocked 3G S models have been at least $300. I expect to see the same for a while. Apple products maintain a lot of their value on eBay, I've found.

WOW. That's great as I'm in a bit of a squabble with AT&T as they reset my contract in August due to a repurchase of a stolen iPhone that was sold to be as a "one time courtesy". They claim it was an "early upgrade price", which i was never informed of from two different reps when I specifically asked. Looks as though if I want it I'll be paying the full price. Selling my 3GS with an unlocked 4.0 would be mint! Thanks!
