iPhone 3GS update to 4.1 has broken Exchange email

Hi,

I've just updated to 4.1 (from the previous 4 version) and now I can't get Exchange email sync to work anymore.
This is highly annoying as Exchange also syncs contacts and calendar, so now I have no idea who's ringing or texting me until I can get this fixed :eek:

I've tried turning off/on. Tried it on two different wifi networks, tried it on 3G only (with wifi off) and all I get is:
Cannot Get Mail
The connection to the server failed

All this worked fine with the previous IOS4 with the current settings, so what's changed? or what's been broken ?
