Hi there,

My iPhone is 3GS and it is currently having iOS 4.0 modem firmware is 05.13.04. I'm thinking of upgrading my iOS to any supported higher version. Can someone please let me know which version i should select to upgrade.

After upgrading i need to unlock as well. Your help would be much appreciated.
