Iphone 3GS video Problem

Hey,

I bought an iphone 3gs ages ago and when i sync my videos & tv shows the quality is shocking. The audio is fine but the image is pixelated and stop and start (jumpy)

I also have a 160 gb Ipod classic which when i sync the same videos the quality is perfect.

Any ideas?
