iPhone 3GS Voice Control Issue

When I am using my iPhone or syncing it, Voice Control activates by itself continually like every 30 seconds or less.

Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?

with headphones plugged in or without? if it's with, I'll guess your mic/button is stuck.

I had similar problems like you, I got confused & my friends told be to go to the Apple Store. So they fixed my problem. Why don't you do that ? Instead of you yourself changing the setting and making things even worse.

Mainly because they're a bunch of idiots in my local store who do not have a clue what they're doing.
