iPhone 3GS (White) Back replacement.

After deciding I'd hang on until another iPhone upgrade I thought that since I was pretty bored with my current one I would sell and get a white iPhone 3GS instead cause' I've always loved them but got what I could at the time. Now the back is in fairly average condition, marks and a few scratches and cracking. Where can I get and get installed a replacement back for it? And how much would it cost me roughly
