Iphone 3GS Wi-Fi Capabilities Reduce

Hey, a couple of days ago my Wi-Fi capabilities have dramatically reduced, I can only get Wi-Fi if I am standing next to a router and rooms where I used to be able to get signal my phone cant even get a bar of signal... Does anybody have any solutions?
