Iphone 3gs Wi-fi connected but not working after i tried to...

hi i got my iphone's wi-fi working on a certain network but then later on i tried making a wi-fi between my iphone and network to try and get internet on my iphone through my laptop... then when i tried connecting to the network later on, it wasnt working, it would connect but i couldnt access safari or the app store.... i tried forgetting network, reseting network settings, turning off my iphone and nothing is working ... PLZ HELP
