iphone 3gs wont restore

hi, my iphone 3gs wont restore, i havent jail broken it or anything (as i never wanted to) but my phone crashed the other day so i reset it, and it died, just comes up with plug into itunes picture as well as only making emergancy calls (which incidently doesnt work either as i tried to make one out of interest just to see if that worked)

wondering if anyone else had this problem, tryed hard reseting it, and everything else suggested,

Restore it in DFU mode (see my sig).

ive tried that, no luck

tried everthing that anyone has suggested,

took it back to the shop today anyway

got to wait 2 weeks to see if theyll repair it

At least your getting it fixed now. DFU mode should have worked
