Iphone 3gs WSOD (white screen of death)

Ive had this same iphone for about 4 years ive even fixed it multiple times anything from the screen to flex cables to charging dock. But recently my screen has gone white after a lil drop. Its gone white before but i got it off just by locking and unlocking the phone. But now it wont go off and ive even got a brand new lcd screen but it still didnt fix it. Anyone have any helpful ideas
