Iphone 4.3 beta 3

Hey guys and girls hope all is well.
I just got my iphone replaced at the apple store.
I am a developer and on my previous phone I had
IOS 4.3 beta 3.
Do i need to do anything before I upgrade this phone
to the 4.3 beta 3, So that I can restore from my backup.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's just as easy to go to the GM. No big deal.

Nope, just upgrade as normal.

Sorry I left out a bit, This is the second replacement. The first one was because of a speaker. The next one I got I upgraded as usual everything was fine then in the middle of the night yesterday I receive a message saying. I need to restore the phone. Then after the restore I get this message.
I then went to at&t and replaced my sim, the guy there told me the iphone i got yesterday must have a bad sim reader. Went to apple got my second new phone.
NOw I am thinking if I should go back to the beta. I would really like to but am concerned it may have something to do with my problem.
