iphone 4 4.3.1 jailbreak

ok so im thinking of jb my iphone 4 for 2 main reasons
1: customize text ringtone (already did call ringtone)
2: have updates on home screen (similar to THIS)

also THIS would be cool

so is it worth it to jb my iphone or should i wait and see if these become standard??

if i decide i dont want it jailbroken anymore is it easy enough to "undo" the jailbreak??
