iPhone 4 4.3.1 Tap to Unlock Not Working

After updating to 4.3.1 last night, tap to unlock does not seem to work. Neither my lock screen theme that I loaded back on (which included TTU), nor downloading a TTU theme and enabling it directly in Winterboard work. Has anybody else noticed this issue, or better yet, found a fix?

I just bought an iPhone 4. Came with 4.3 and the first thing I did was jailbreak it to get Tap to Unlock!
Hopefully there's a fix coming soon.
